We had another lazy start, just barely making it down
to the Grand Hotel's main dining room before 9:30 when it was scheduled
to close. Included with our room, we had a choice of ordering off the menu
or of a buffet. Since we had been extremely impressed with the Grand Hotel's
lunch buffet in the past, we picked the buffet, but it was not impressive.
I was even less impressed when I learned that the can of Coke which I ordered
was another $3.75.

The Grand Hotel's Tennis Shop offers bicycle rentals. They are a little
more expensive then the bicycle rentals downtown,
but are more convenient if you are staying at the hotel. When we received
our room statement, we had been
charged an hourly rate for four hours, rather than the slightly lower
half day rate.
