Mackinaw Lovews Its Bridge by Mary Lou Peters Mackinaw Loves Its Bridge

Mackinaw Loves Its Bridge by Mary Lou Peters contains memories of the construction of the Mackinac Bridge, published in 1957 for the 50th anniversary of the opening of the bridge. It was published by the Mackinaw Area Historical Society and contains chapters devoted to each of the following long time Mackinaw City residents. It was assembled just in time, as many of these people have since passed away.

Contact Keith Stokes if you want a lookup and I will email what I can find, but if you have much interest in any of these people, you will probably want a copy of Mackinaw Loves Its Bridge for yourself.
